Shipping & returns

At Aim Dynamics, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure a fair and efficient return process, the following return policy applies to all eligible products.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The return request is made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
• The product is in new, unused, and sellable condition.
• The product is returned in the original packaging with all included components, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• The product is a standard, regularly stocked item offered by Aim Dynamics.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-built or specialized products
• Modified products
• Non-stock or special-order items
• Products that are damaged, used, incomplete, or missing original packaging/components

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from Aim Dynamics before products are shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or credits will only be issued after Aim Dynamics confirms that the returned product meets all return eligibility requirements.

Right to Refuse Returns

Aim Dynamics reserves the right to refuse any return request for reasons including, but not limited to, product condition, missing components, policy violations, or any other circumstance deemed unacceptable by Aim Dynamics.
