If you are in need of high-quality current sensors to efficiently manage your business’s energy consumption, then you’ve come to the right place. Here at Aim Dynamics, we allow custom modifications for your utmost satisfaction. You can have your newly purchased current sensors customized with additional AC or DC current transformer accessories.
Simply start by clicking on the current sensor you want to purchase and selecting your amp rating. After that, you’ll be directed to the page where you can see the description and features of your product of choice. To see how you can get a discount, simply click the “view quantity discount” box beside the description-features-certifications row, if available. At the bottom section, you can find all the accessories—and links to their respective descriptions—available for your product. You can purchase more than one accessory if needed.
Once you’ve decided which accessories to add, click on the box beside the accessory to put a check mark. Scroll to the top of the page. Note that the default quantity is 1 so don’t forget to make the necessary changes. Click the red “add to cart” button. A tab will appear to direct you to your shopping cart for a summary of the items you’ve chosen. To remove an item, simply click the “x” in the far right of the table. Be sure to review all the items before you click “proceed to checkout” box. For a step-by-step guide for this, simply click “CUSTOMIZE” tab.
The common customizations we offer are:
- Twisted Pair Lead Length, the leads of which are black and white wires twisted together with approximately one twist per inch. The existing 8’ twisted pair leads will be replaced by either 12’ or 20’, both costing $5/unit.
- Gray Lead Length, with a gray-colored jacket that prevents noise. The existing 8’ gray leads between the rope and the integrator will be replaced by either 12’ or 20’, depending on your choice. The RCT cost is $10/unit and the RCS, $25/unit.
- Output Option, with choices between 0-1V, 0-2V and 0-5V to replace the existing 0-333V. Each unit costs $7 each.
- eGauge 2-pin Tyco connector, with each unit at $1. This can be added to the end of the terminals. You will need this if you are connecting the current sensors to an eGauge power meter.
For Twisted Pair and Gray Lead Lengths and Output Option, the lead time would be 2-3 days for orders under 10 and one week for orders above 10.
