Description
The J&D JSxxF-xxx-333mV series of split-core current transformers offer a 333mV output signal based on the model and ratio to the source current
- The J&D JSxxF series offer galvanic isolation between the primary circuit and the secondary (measurement) circuit
- The J&D JSxxF series' split-core design allows for easy installation in existing architecture
- The J&D JSxxF series are designed for energy management, with a convenient connection to electronic submeter
- The J&D JSxxF series may also be used for current measurement in a system of distributed power line carriers (PLCs) or remote controls such as SCADA software for automation and supervision
- The J&D JSxxF series' other applications include security and condition monitoring, load monitoring, in protection systems, and for predictive maintenance of conveyers, pumps or HVAC motors
- The JSxxF-xxx-333mV series are designed to be directly connected to a meter to eliminate the need for internal CTs yet provide accurate readings
- This allows the same meter to be used to sense sources with various currents traveling through them
- The JSxxF-xxx-333mV series include an over-voltage protection circuit which provides an added level of safety to the unit
